Sessions are 50 minutes each and will take place online or face to face.

Number of sessions required vary from person to person and are also dependant on the issue.

Free initial 15 minute telephone chat if preferred.

Subsequent sessions
Number of sessions required vary from person to person and are also dependant on the issue. Please contact me for a free consultation to discuss your needs.

One hour: £65 or a block of 3 sessions is £180 (£60 a session)

Stop smoking package
£160 only 1 session required 1.5-2 hours.
One follow up if necessary (very unlikely to be required) within 3 months at no charge.

EMDR
One Hour: £70 or block book of 3 sessions is £195 (£65 per session).

You can pay via bank transfer, cash or with credit or debit card.

Terms
In case of cancellation 24 hours’ notice to be given or full fee is payable.
